At No Wahala Limited, the privacy of our players is of extreme importance. This Privacy Policy explains what information "SOFT LIFE" handles and how it is used. SOFT LIFE is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device — there is no account to create and no sign-in.
SOFT LIFE is designed to respect your privacy. We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or any information that identifies you personally. The choices you make in the game — the character you create, the life you play — are saved locally on your own device so you can continue where you left off. That save data stays on your device and is not uploaded to us.
To understand how the game is played and where it can be improved, we use Google Firebase Analytics. This collects anonymous, aggregated information such as which screens are opened, how far a life progresses, and how long a session lasts, together with general technical details like device model, operating system version, and app version. This information is not used to identify you and is only ever viewed in aggregate. For details on how Google handles this data, please see Google's Privacy Policy.
On iOS, SOFT LIFE does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for advertising.
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to receive automatic reports when the app crashes or misbehaves. These reports contain technical information — such as the device type, operating system version, and the state of the app at the moment of the crash — so we can find and fix problems. Crash reports do not identify individual players and are used solely to keep the game stable.
SOFT LIFE is distributed through Apple's App Store and TestFlight (for beta testing) and Google Play. When you download, install, or test the app, the relevant platform may process information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive payment details, and the app does not currently offer in-app purchases.
SOFT LIFE is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will address it.
Because SOFT LIFE stores your progress on your own device, deleting the app removes that local save. Uninstalling the app also stops any further analytics or crash data being collected. On iOS, you can control app tracking permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
No Wahala Limited reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
