This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and No Wahala Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, governing your use of the mobile game "The Wayward Party Game" together with any associated content, online services, updates, downloadable content, and in-app purchases (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, access, or use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to download and use the Game on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with this Agreement and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the Game (including the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
The Game contains mature humour and themes intended for adult audiences. You must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the Game in your jurisdiction and on the platform from which you downloaded it. You are responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate for those present during play.
The Game includes online multiplayer functionality and other internet-based services. Access to certain features may require an internet connection.
We do not guarantee that online services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue online features at any time without liability to you.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including downloadable content, question packs, virtual items, cosmetic content, and other digital goods.
All purchases are processed by the relevant platform provider and are subject to that provider's terms and refund policies. We do not store your payment details.
Virtual items and digital content are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and may not be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or sold outside the Game unless expressly permitted by us.
You are responsible for any usernames, profile information, or other content you submit within the Game.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this Agreement or whose behaviour we reasonably consider harmful to the Game or its community.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to software, artwork, graphics, text, audio, branding, designs, question packs, and other materials, are owned by No Wahala Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted under this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
We may issue updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, new content, or new versions of the Game at any time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of it without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Wahala Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game and in-app purchases during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, including online features, if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession or control.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this Agreement affects any consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Subject to those rights, any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Game may be distributed through third-party platforms including Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms are not responsible for the operation, maintenance, support, or content of the Game except as required by their respective terms.
