This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and No Wahala Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, governing your use of the mobile game "Wedding Wahala" together with any associated content, online services, updates, and in-app purchases (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to download and use the Game on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with this Agreement and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the Game (the Apple App Store or Google Play).

Wedding Wahala is rated 13+ due to in-game chat and mild references to alcohol. By using the Game you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Wedding Wahala includes online multiplayer and in-game chat. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. When playing online you agree that you will not post, transmit, or display any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and that you will not abuse, harass, impersonate, or harm other players.

Where the Game allows you to enter usernames, chat messages, or other text, you are solely responsible for that content. As described in our Privacy Policy, chat is processed in real time to run your game session and ordinary chat is not retained after the session ends; however, content that is reported is stored so that we can review it and take appropriate moderation action.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the relevant platform (Apple or Google) and are subject to that platform's terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy. We do not store your payment details.
The Game and all related content, including its design, artwork, characters, text, audio, and software, are owned by No Wahala Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
We may, at our discretion, issue updates, patches, or new versions of the Game, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or its online services (in whole or in part) at any time without liability to you.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Wahala Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
